Alchemy, a leading web3 development platform, has acquired HeyMint, a California-based NFT launchpad, to bolster its smart wallet technology. The deal, disclosed on May 23, integrates HeyMint’s no-code tools and team into Alchemy’s infrastructure, including co-founder and CTO Flor Ronsmans De Vry.

HeyMint’s platform has already reached over a million users, simplifying NFT creation for more than 40,000 creators who generated $38 million in sales. The acquisition underscores Alchemy’s commitment to removing technical barriers and expanding access to web3 technologies.
